For creators

Talent management for creators in it for the long game.

We find the brand deals worth doing, negotiate them properly, put your terms in writing, and give you a studio when your ideas outgrow your room.

In short

Naspen manages a small roster of creators. We handle brand deals from the first email to the final payment: finding partners that fit, negotiating rates and usage, putting creative control in writing, and chasing invoices so you don’t have to. When an idea needs more than a phone, our studio is yours.

Management

What does a talent manager do for creators?

Everything between a brand’s first email and the money landing in your account, plus the long-term plan most creators never get time to make.

01

Talent management

We take over the inbox, the back-and-forth and the negotiating, and build a plan for where you want to be in three years, not three weeks. The roster is small on purpose, so nobody is a line item.

  • Inbound handled and filtered
  • A career plan and positioning
  • Negotiation on every deal

02

Brand deals

Brands you’d mention unpaid, on terms that respect the work. We price usage and exclusivity properly, put creative control in writing, and turn down the wrong money before it reaches you.

  • Brand matching and outreach
  • Rates, usage and exclusivity
  • Contracts and payment follow-up
Creator collaborations

03

Personal brand

What do you stand for when the trend moves on? We help you find the point of view, the formats that carry it, and a look that’s unmistakably yours.

04

Production

Our studio is your studio: shoots, editing, and help building the formats your channel deserves but your bedroom can’t deliver.

  • Studio shoots
  • Editing and post
  • Format development

05

Growth

Growth built on series people come back for and a community that knows what you’re about. Not tricks that spike for a week and cost you a year.

Brand deals

How do you decide which brand deals to take?

Every offer goes through the same three questions before it reaches you. If the answer to any of them is no, we say no for you.

01

Would you mention them unpaid?

If you wouldn’t recommend the brand to a friend, your audience will hear it in your voice.

02

Do the terms respect the work?

Fair rates, usage that’s priced, exclusivity that’s paid for, and payment dates in writing.

03

Will your audience thank you?

The best deals leave people glad they saw them. The rest cost more than they pay.

What stays yours

What do I keep when I sign with Naspen?

Everything that matters. These are written into every agreement we sign.

Your channels

Your accounts, your logins, your community. We never own or control them.

Your voice

Briefs give direction, not scripts. You approve everything that goes out under your name.

Your final say

Nothing is signed without your yes, and you can turn down any deal.

Clear money

Our commission is agreed in writing before we start, and every payment is accounted for.

Joining

How do I join Naspen’s roster?

We work with a small number of creators we can genuinely back, so we take our time. Here’s how it goes.

01

Introduce

Send us the three things you’re proudest of. Not a media kit, just the work.

02

Talk

A conversation about what you make, who it’s for, and where you want to be in three years.

03

Agree

Plain-language terms: what we do, what we take, and how either of us can walk away.

04

Build

We start on the deals and the plan. You get back to making things.

Introduce yourself

Send your three things to hello@naspenhq.com or use the contact form. We read everything.

Fit

Is Naspen right for you?

Honest answer: not always. Here’s how to tell.

We’re a good fit if

  • You’d rather do fewer, better brand deals than say yes to everything.
  • You have a point of view, and you want it to outlast the next trend.
  • You want someone in your corner on contracts, rates and usage.
  • You’re building a career, not chasing a viral month.

We’re probably not if

  • You want a deal every week, whatever the brand.
  • You’re happy reading scripts someone else wrote.
  • You’re looking for follower growth hacks.
  • You’re after guaranteed monthly income from day one.

FAQ

Questions creators ask us

Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, ask us.

What does a creator talent manager do?

A talent manager runs the business side of a creator’s career: finding and negotiating brand deals, handling contracts and usage rights, chasing payments and planning long-term growth. At Naspen, that also includes our production studio.

How do I join Naspen?

Email hello@naspenhq.com with the three pieces of work you’re proudest of. We read everything, and if there’s a fit, we’ll set up a call about where you want to go.

Is there a minimum follower count?

No. We look at what you make and how much your audience trusts you, not the size of the number. Some of the best brand partnerships come from creators with small, close audiences.

Do I keep creative control?

Yes. Brand briefs give direction, never scripts, and your approval rights are written into every deal. Your voice is the reason brands want to work with you, so we protect it.

Can I turn down brand deals?

Always. You can say no to any deal, and we filter out plenty before they reach you.

Who owns the content I make for brands?

In most deals you keep ownership, and the brand licenses the right to use the content for an agreed time, place and purpose. If a brand wants more, such as ads or exclusivity, that’s negotiated and paid for.

Will you help me grow my audience?

Yes, the slow way that lasts: formats and series people come back for, a clear point of view, and a community that knows what you’re about. We don’t sell growth hacks.

Can I use Naspen’s studio?

Yes. Creators we manage can shoot and edit with our team when an idea needs more than a phone.

What kind of creators do you work with?

Creators with a clear point of view and an audience that trusts them. Niche matters less than taste: fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, culture, and people who don’t fit a category at all.

Let’s make something
that lasts.
