For brands

Creator marketing for brands that want to be remembered.

We cast creators your audience already trusts, make the work in our own studio, and tell you plainly what it did.

Services

What does a creator marketing agency do?

It makes creators work as a channel your brand can trust: the right people, an idea worth posting, content made properly, and an honest read on what it did. Here’s each part, the way we do it.

01

Strategy

Before anyone is briefed, we work out where your brand fits in culture: who your audience already listens to, what they believe, and what you could say that they’d be glad to hear. Goals and measures are agreed before anything is made.

  • Audience and culture research
  • A creator and platform plan
  • Success measures agreed up front
Brand campaigns

02

Creator casting

We look past the follower count to the audience behind it: who they are, how they talk back, and whether they’re real. Then we brief the idea and protect the creator’s voice, because that voice is what you’re paying for.

  • Shortlists with the reasoning shown
  • Audience and authenticity checks
  • Contracts, usage rights and approvals
Creator collaborations

03

Production

We make the work in our own studio, so the idea you approved is the idea that gets shot. Creator-led video, photography and campaign films, cut for every placement you need.

  • Creator-led video and photo
  • Campaign and brand films
  • Edits for every format and placement
Productions

04

Social media

We run your brand’s own channels the way we run a campaign: a clear point of view, a calendar planned a month ahead, posts made properly in our studio, and replies that sound like a person. Your channels and your creators end up telling the same story.

  • Channel strategy and a monthly content calendar
  • Content made in our studio, posted on schedule
  • Community management and monthly reporting
Social media

05

Paid amplification

When a post is already working, we put money behind it, often as partnership ads that run from the creator’s own account, so the ad keeps their voice and their audience’s trust. Paid goes behind work that has earned it, never instead of it.

  • Partnership ads on Instagram and Facebook
  • Boosting posts that have proven themselves
  • Testing what to scale next

06

Reporting

A plain-language report against the goal we agreed: what happened, what worked, what didn’t, and what we’d change next time. You can read it in five minutes.

Casting

Fit beats follower count.

Big numbers are easy to buy and easy to scroll past. We start from your audience and look for the creators they already trust. Sort the same shortlist both ways and see who stays in focus.

Process

How does a creator campaign work?

Four steps, one team. Most campaigns take four to eight weeks from the first call to launch, depending on how many creators and how much content.

01

Brief

We start with the problem, not the post: who it’s for, what should change, and how we’ll know it worked.

02

Cast

A shortlist of creators chosen for fit, with the reasoning shown. You approve every name.

03

Make

We shape the idea with the creators and shoot it in our studio. Direction, never scripts.

04

Launch

Posts go live, paid support goes behind what’s working, and you get a report you can actually read.

Fit

Is Naspen right for your brand?

Honest answer: not always. Here’s how to tell.

We’re a good fit if

  • You care how your brand is remembered, not just how many people saw it.
  • You’d rather work with fewer, better creators than many forgettable ones.
  • You want one team accountable from the brief to the report.
  • You’re happy for creators to say it in their own words.

We’re probably not if

  • You need a hundred posts by Friday.
  • You want creators to read a script word for word.
  • Follower count is the only number you’ll judge us on.
  • You’re shopping for the lowest price per post.

Pricing

How much does creator marketing cost?

It depends on four things. After a short call, we send an itemised quote, so you can see exactly where the money goes before you commit to anything.

01

The creators

Who they are, how many, and how much their audience trusts them.

02

The content

How many pieces, in which formats, and how much production each one needs.

03

Usage

Where the content runs, for how long, and whether it’s used in ads.

04

Paid support

Any budget for putting money behind the posts that work.

We don’t publish a rate card. One price would be wrong for almost everyone.

FAQ

Questions brands ask us

Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, ask us.

What is a creator marketing agency?

A creator marketing agency helps brands work with creators: choosing the right people, shaping the idea, handling contracts, making the content and measuring the results. Naspen does all of this with one team, and makes the content in its own studio.

Is Naspen an influencer marketing agency?

Yes. Naspen is a creator, influencer and social media agency. We lead with the word creator because the best work comes from treating creators as creative partners, not ad space. The service is everything you’d expect: casting, campaigns, content, social media, paid amplification and reporting.

How do you choose creators for a brand?

We start from your audience, not from follower counts. For each creator we look at who actually watches, how engaged and real that audience is, what the creator stands for, and whether they would plausibly use your product anyway. You see the reasoning behind every name on the shortlist.

Are smaller creators better than big ones?

Often, but not always. Smaller creators tend to have closer audiences and more trust per follower, while bigger names bring reach. We choose on fit first and size second, and many campaigns use both.

How long does a creator campaign take?

Most campaigns take four to eight weeks from the first call to launch. Bigger productions, or programs with many creators, take longer. We agree the timeline in the first week.

How much does creator marketing cost?

It depends on the creators, how much content you need, where and how long it’s used, and any paid support. We don’t publish a rate card. After a short call, we send an itemised quote so you can see where every part of the budget goes.

Can we use the content in our own ads?

Yes, when the usage rights cover it. Before anything is shot, we agree in writing where the content can run, for how long, and whether it can be used in paid ads, so there are no surprises later.

Do you run paid ads with creator content?

Yes. When a post is working, we can put budget behind it, often as partnership ads that run from the creator’s own account on Instagram and Facebook. The ad keeps the creator’s voice and the trust of their audience.

Do you manage social media for brands?

Yes. We run brands’ own channels end to end: strategy, a monthly content calendar, content made in our studio, posting, community management and a monthly report. Because the same team runs your creator campaigns, your channels and your creators tell one story.

How do you measure results?

Against the goal we agree before launch, whether that’s reaching the right people, engagement, traffic, sales or more people searching for your brand. You get a plain-language report that includes what didn’t work and what we’d change.

Do you work with small brands or only big ones?

Both. Size matters less than intent: we do our best work with brands that want to build a reputation, not just buy a spike in attention.

Let’s make something
that lasts.
